Idaho Writers League Conference

The Idaho Writers League is holding their annual conference this year in Idaho Falls on September 25-27 at the Shilo Inn Convention Center. It looks like it's going to be a really good conference. For more information on the schedule, check out their website.

I'll be giving a workshop on Saturday about "Creating Mood and Sense of Place." I received my first award," Idaho Writer of the Year" from the IWL many years ago so this is an opportunity to share a little of what I've learned during my ongoing writing journey. Should be fun.

To Be Featured in IDAHO Magazine

Great news! IDAHO Magazine will be running a feature article on me in their September issue. The article is written by Idaho writer, Bill Corbett (Buddy, His Trials and Treasures--wa/Will Edwinson). If anyone is interested in reading the article, go to the magazine's website (click the link at the right) and see where you can buy a copy. The September issue will probably be released at the end of August. What an honor to be featured in this wonderful magazine.
